On September 13, Consul General Fu Fengshan attended the 140th Canton Fair Promotion Conference in Canada, co-hosted by Canton Chamber of Commerce Canada and Canada Teochew Federation. Counsellor Liang Yanmin joined the event.

Consul General Fu noted that since its establishment in 1957, it is China’s longest-running comprehensive international trade exhibition. China delivers to the world market dividends, innovation dividends,development dividends, as well as stability and certainty.He encouraged that more Canadian entrepreneurs to attend the 140th Canton Fair this October, to secure new orders, meet new partners, and explore new opportunities. He hoped that this year’s Canton Fair will boost the mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Canada in a big way.

Zhu Yong, Director General of CFTC, delivered a video remark. Starlight,The buyer-themed MV of 140th Canton Fair made its overseas debut at the event. More than 150 local business representatives attended the event.
