Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Vancouver will start to use 2013 Version of Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China from September 1, 2013. The requirements for using the new visa application form are as follows:

First, From September 1, 2013, the Consulate General will start to use 2013 Version of Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China (with Form V. 2013 on the up right corner). The old visa application form will continue to be effective until October 1, 2013.The application form must be filled in on computer and printed out. Altered and handwriting visa application form will not be accepted.

Second, the applicant should fill in the form truthfully, completely, and clearly. If some of the items do not apply, please type N/A. If the applicant does not answer the applicable questions, the application could be delayed or refused, and all the consequences will be responsible by the applicant.
