2. No service fee will be charged within the trial service period (December 12-15, 2011).

3. During the trial service, the Chinese Consulate-General in Vancouver will continue to accept visa applications.

4. On December 19, 2011, with the formal opening of the Chinese Visa Application Center, the Chinese Consulate-General in Vancouver will continue accepting visa applications submitted by the ordinary passport holders on an online appointment basis only.
